Refund and Returns Policy

Dropshipping Orders Only

The policy is 3 days after package has been reported as delivered by the carrier.

For dropshippers, we can only accept the returns or exchange during the processing time, once we deliver the goods out from our warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. If the package has been delivered to the consignee/buyer, please see the following policy.

For the droshipping consignee/buyer, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.

Colors
Colors may differ based on the device you’re viewing the website on, or the fabric colors differ from different dye batches. As such, we will not provide a return, exchange or refund based on a change of color or the color not being as you expected.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 3 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a payment will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
