General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to you via the way we’ve agreed, but other carrier options are also available under urgent situation and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the consignee/buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website. In some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.

Due to customs regulatory policies, please note that we are unable to list purchased items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price.

Processing Time

Depending on a number of factors, all orders are subject to processing time, it takes up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, it may take up to 2-5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Shipping Cost & Time

Shipping cost and time are agreed before the order confirmation by both sides. If there is big change of shipping cost or time, we will inform you 3 days in advance. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are facing a lot of issues which could cause some delayed orders. During this period we are not able to guarantee that we are able to adhere our shipping times.

Chinese Holidays Reminder

During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1-7) and Chinese New Year (it depends), services from us and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 4-7 days (10-15 days for CNY).
